Comments: I purchased this car on nov-16-2014, paid $7,000. The vehicle is a rust free car.
The interior has no tears or rips, same with the door panels. The convertible top
has no tears or rips either. The convertible top works just fine. The back window
needs to be replaced. The engine looks as if it is original, turns over, but needs
to be rebuilt to run.
The brakes and suspension needs to be restored, the car has sat for about
5 to 10 years. The car also needs a new exhaust system. The car has good glass, and
all windows work. Do you think I got a good deal, or did pay too much? Please give me
a response back either way. Thanks. Better photos will follow later.

Since purchase have upgraded many items and will continue as time and budget allow.
Currently runs and looks just fine, absolutely great summer cruiser.
To date, this is the only one I have seen on the road or in car shows in Alberta.

Comments: I bought the car in Georgia 1981, and the car was shipped to Sweden then.
The car had been involved in a car crash where the left front fender get broken and was replaced by a used fender that was repainted.
The car was in a quite good shape and has an M code engine in the VIN number code.
The air cleaner on the mighty 390 SHP engine was gone and replaced by three small air
cleaners and the choke was also removed. Some rust around the accelerator pedal support and a broken top.
I paid 1480 dollar for the car. When the shipping, insurance, customs and other costs and taxes was
paid the total cost for the car was around 4400 dollars.
When the car passed the Swedish customs in Gothenburg it was transported to Eskilstuna where I live.
There where no problem to get the car through the Swedish car inspection. After that the car was
taken apart and completely renovated, the car was ready-to-go in late summer 1982. I have driven
the car 180000 Km since the renovation. The air cleaner is home made and I used some photos from
different car magazines to get the right look, at that time no internet was available.
For two years ago I get hold of the correct valve covers and an original air cleaner at a swap meet
in Sweden but I still use the homemade one due to I like it better. The valve covers are not fitted yet.
