The doors, inner and outer fenders, hood, and trunk lid are on. There is still a little bit of panel alignment to do. The next step is to install the windows and electric window motors in the front doors. I want to have the doors loaded before doing any final alignments so that the lines don't change later. Before I can install the windows and motors, I have to "rebuild" them. That entails separating the vent window pieces and all the window channels, then removing all the rubber parts and all the channel material. Most of these pieces are riveted together with tubular rivets. The vent window frames will be rechromed and new rubber will be installed. I also have to rebuild the front electric window motors. Right now the problem is that no one (that I know of) is reproducing the main rubber seal for the vent windows.
